We spent a week with 13 friends in the middle of summer. Ideal accommodation for a holiday in the countryside. The sleeping area with one bathroom per room very comfortable! The pool area, with equipped kitchen and various activities makes the stay very pleasant, everything is thought out to spend all the time in this space. Hosts available and responsive, I recommend it without hesitation!

Small apartment ideal for a couple or a single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were not there in July or August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). With the exception of this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.
