Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Vous pourrez découvrir ses différents joyaux, notamment l'Abbaye de Brantome, le château de Bourdeilles, le grand étang de Jemaye, etc... Une boulangerie et un restaurant sont situés à deux pas du logement. Chaque été, vous pourrez assister aux Montagrillades à deux pas du logement. En face, un parking gratuit pourra vous accueillir.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility
