Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

In our accommodation, completely renovated and brand new, you will find the maximum details to make your stay perfect. We have 2 bicycles, air conditioning, TV with more than 300 channels, high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and the necessary small appliances. Maspalomas is in a privileged location where you can enjoy the relaxation of its immense beaches and at the same time be able to visit the best leisure areas of the island. The complex is close to everything.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

ROMANTIC for true nature lovers

ROMANTICA is located inside a park, in the middle of nature, in the Monteleòn area. It has large ornamental and fruit trees, an orchard of organically grown vegetables depending on the season, which guests, if they wish, can pick and consume at will. A small fish pond and the melody of the water from the fountains create several areas of calm and peace. Ocean views on one side (Maspalomas dunes) and mountain views (Roque Nublo) on the other.
