Cardón Apartment on Finca Falcon Cresta

The Cardón apartment is our largest apartment with a size of 77 square meters. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom. There is also a living-dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace with direct access to the courtyard of the mansion. Families with children, friends or two couples will appreciate the advantages and amenities of this apartment. From the mansion's beautiful courtyard you look out into the distance with views of the sea and mountains. Integrated into the courtyard is a large salt water pool, equipped with high-quality sun loungers. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished! The beds can also be separated if required. Note: The price shown is the gross price and already includes the 7% VAT applicable to the Canary Islands.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Casa Mamasica. It's a cozy and beautiful house. It has all the amenities. A spectacular terrace overlooking a landscaped park. But above all, Casa Mamasica stands out for its tranquility. It is just 8 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the island's emblematic sites. To the north, we find the kilometer-long Las Canteras beach and to the south, the impressive Maspalomas Dunes. And just 5 minutes away from the cave restaurants in the Barranco de Guayadeque.

La Señorita is located in a prime location within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
