Tout le confort vous attend, lit en 160 x 200, lave linge, cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, frigo congélateur, etc... Salon confortable avec télévision. Piscine privative à votre disposition jusqu'à fin Septembre, le terrain de pétanque toute l'année. Animaux non admis. Lugan is located 3.5 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Albi and 15 minutes from Gaillac. Independent cottage next to the owners' house. Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)
