We had the most amazing stay at this lakeside home! The property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering- we celebrated both Father’s Day and a birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Our favorite spot was the tiki bar right next to the lake! The house itself was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. What made our stay even more memorable were the WONDERFUL neighbors! They FEEL like family to us! One of the neighbors even offers fresh-baked goods. We were able to enjoy her cherry, apple, and banana-cream pies and banana bread. It was all delicious! This place is a gem, and we’re so grateful for making memories here. Katie’s home was stunning and peaceful, and she was very responsive when I messaged her to ask for anything. The house had everything you would need, and she even left out some extra blankets and towels. It was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Carrie is a super host! Communicated throughout the stay. She even left some “goodies” that were well received. The place was relaxing. It was my husband’s first time in Michigan during the summer. While there and then again after we left he said, “we can stay here every time we come to Michigan”

We loved the lakefront location. The cottage is nicely updated on the main floor,; the bedrooms are spacious and well cooled The upstairs "bedroom" is not usable, as the stairs are steep and narrow and the room is hot, even with the window a/c. The deck and the picnic table could use replacing. Overall, it was a nice place that I would return to.

My family and I had a great stay. Easy to check in and all instructions were clear. The kayaks were easy to access and use for some fun on the lake. The deck area is very peaceful in the morning to enjoy with your coffee. We had a minor issue on our end with parking and the hosts were very accommodating without even having to ask. Neighbors were all friendly and even helped us get our fire started. Great stay and we would come back again!

really loved the space, very comfortable and intentional. Jessica had a well stocked kitchen. it was thoughfully decorated and lots of towels and wash cloths which was really nice for our week stay. we LOVED the location. we walked to town numerous times a day, and that was my favorite part. location, location, location. if you're coming to Rockford and want a great spot, this is it.

We had a wonderful long relaxing weekend with our family. All ages love the place and all the family fun. Beautiful area, comfortable beds and a blackstone!! What more could you need?? Loved the fire pit and fishing. Very well stocked pond we caught and released a bass, catfish and yellow perch among others. Very relaxing teaching our grandson to fish and kayak.

Space was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds. The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable. And the bakery downstairs has absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls.

Great location, short walk to stores and restaurants. Lots of space. Nice size kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms with closets. Perfect spot in town.

Very accommodating! It’s a wonderful place in cedar springs, reasonably priced and all amenities you could need! I especially appreciate the full kitchen and washer and dryer as a lot of places don’t offer those! Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer and very helpful. Definitely recommend and will book in the future for my Cedar Springs trips:)

Steven's place was the perfect location for walking and biking - beautiful paved 82 mile bike trail runs right through the village - I used it often! Nice washer and dryer and kitchen appliances. Nice silverware, dishes, pans...linens were great. Well-stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and bath gel, shampoo and creme rinse, hairdryer...everythinbg you could need. The house was spacious. I would only suggest some fresh paint in the kitchen and some new porch cushions. Otherwise it was perfect!
