The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

The accommodation is new and well arranged. Parking makes it easy to park your vehicle. Access is simple and independent. This green place is in the middle of the village of Montcaret next to its Gallo-Roman villa. Calm and serenity at the meeting point with shops and local products nearby.
