Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and at the start of the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, zen and a very special vacation, with a heavenly view! A side of Provence in Chartreuse in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I am booked in order to leave it to you in a private way. So you have access to the whole house except my bedroom and garage. I leave my cat Roxy on site.

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
