We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

On the ground floor of a building built in 1870, the cottage is conveniently located to enjoy the lakes and the Bauges Mountain Range. Between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, the cottage offers unobstructed views of the Revard and the Dent du Chat.
