Loue un studio entièrement rénové ( 25m²) dans le bâtiment du Grand Pavois situé aux pieds des pistes de la station de St Jean Montclar à 2h de Marseille. Le logement contient un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le domaine skiable. Le logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les familles. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. LES DRAPS NE SONT PAS FOURNIS. Le ménage doit être fait par le locataire( 40 Euros si ce n'est pas fait correctement).

The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

We share our second home in this large comfortable studio for 4 people, summer and winter, double bed in a comfortable sofa bed, sleeping area for bunk beds, away from the living room. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. In the heart of the ski resort, at the foot of the Blanche range for beautiful hikes from the building. Check-in and checkout are often autonomous. for a mid-season stay of less than 6 nights, contact me by message.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
