Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Spacious 2 room apartment + mountain corner at the entrance, right in front of the ski lifts of the family resort of Montclar. The pluses of the apartment: top floor, large balcony with nice view, very well equipped (washing machine, oven, raclette machine...), all comfort with 6 real beds (4 in the bedroom, 2 in the mountain corner + sofa bed). Our 35m² studio have been restored recently. It is located in the nearest of chair lift residence (20m). You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance. Cozy and convinient, the accomodation is ideal for sporty families. Kitchen is fully equipement News beddings have been chosen for daily use. Possibility of parking at the foot of the residence (non-private parking).
