Holiday rentals with a balcony in Monte Argentario

Die Unterkunft bietet für zwei Personen ausreichend viel Platz. Das Appartment ist auch in Wirklichkeit so gemütlich und ansehnlich, wie es auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zeitnah. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, denn in weniger als drei Minuten hat man den Domplatz erreicht. Direkt vor der Unterkunft kann man nicht parken, aber in ca. 400m ist eine gute Möglichkeit kostenlos und stressfrei zu parken (Tipp kam von der Gastgeberin). Wichtig: die Unterkunft verfügt über kein WLAN! Wir empfanden dies aber als keine Einschränkung, denn auf dem Balkon und in der Küche waren stets 1 bis 2 Balken mobiles Internet vorhanden (LTE). Für meinen nächsten Besuch in Massa würde ich jederzeit wieder in diese gemütliche Unterkunft einziehen.

Top view from the terrace and the space was big and nice. The kitchen supplies were not so clean, bur we had the dish machine to wash what we needed. The apartment is at the top floor with steep stairs to climb. It takes some breath to get to the top, but the view is more than worth it! Very nice and wide terraces to enjoy!

Poklidné prostorné ubytování s nádhernými výhledy mimo civilizaci. Měli jsme k dispozici vše, co jsme potřebovali. Jen už jsme nemohli využít bazén na konci sezóny. Meri byla velmi milá a vstřícná, ubytování proběhlo bezproblémově.

Appartamento in posizione tranquilla, molto pulito e curato. La cucina è ben attrezzata, ho trovato anche il minipimer e dei contenitori per conservare gli alimenti in frigo! Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza dell'aria condizionata, dato l'eccessivo caldo dei giorni scorsi, ma non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il balcone dove è sistemata l'unità esterna che lo riscalda. Nelle vicinanze ci sono un forno, un minimarket (chiuso la domenica) un bar ed un tabaccaio. Le spiagge di Cala Galera e della Feniglia sono vicine e raggiungibili in poco tempo con l'auto. La Sig.ra Susanna è stata molto disponibile per accordarsi sugli orari del check in e del check out. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima seppur breve vacanza. Grazie.

Appartamento stupendo con vista incredibile. Abbiamo soggiornato a "casa Barbara" tre notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La casa era molto pulita ed è in una posizione ottima, con il centro città raggiungibile a piedi. Ma la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato più di tutte è stata sicuramente la terrazza vista mare.

Gorgeous views and sunsets and private cove. Nice apartment. Very difficult to find. GPS limited. Very remote and narrow paths. Bring groceries and be prepared for an adventure. Needs better instructions for finding destination or just go to boutique hotel next door. But undeniably beautiful location.

The house was amazing, especially the area and the views. Sitting outside and using the pool in this beautiful surrounding were absolutely fantastic. It's a very wie and lovely place with a very nice pizza oven and barbecue outside. The owner are very nice and the communication was really good. We would really like to come back. Thank you for everything and also for the nice olive oil!

Bella villa, ottima posizione. Giardino tenuto benissimo. Dentro c'era tutto l'occorrente. Solo gli interni odorano un po' di chiuso e muffa, ma aprendo porte e finestre l'aria migliora.

il nostro soggiorno di una settimana é stato molto positivo. l'appartamento su 2 piani aveva tutto il necessario, pulito e confortevole. personale a conduzione familiare molto gentile ed ospitale. check in flessibile: abbiamo potuto accedere già in prima mattinata. posto strategico per arrivare alle zone più belle della maremma.

Posto perfetto, Podere accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi anche in inverno.

Fantastische locatie, volledige rust en privacy. Veel natuur en dieren rondom je huisje. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Door vertraging van de veerboot kwamen we middenin de nacht aan dat was geen probleem en we werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Helemaal TOP!

Home was great - was further out of Sassofortino than we had thought, although that’s on us rather than the hosts! But it’s down very steep, unlit, gravel paths so was difficult to drive and couldn’t walk alone at night (as we were visiting friends in the town). Was difficult to manage check in and check out without speaking Italian - although Elena who checked us in was lovely and very prompt!
