Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monte Carlo

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay was very pleasant, first of all by a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for your welcome and for giving us good advice for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for a stay.

My parents were delighted with their stay at Dominique and Jacqueline's, the accommodation was very clean with breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. They were able to do everything on foot thanks to the city center of Menton, which is accessible on foot and by public transport. Dominique is a very friendly, accommodating and attentive host. We recommend 100%.

We had planned a 4-5 day trip to the Nice, Eze, Menton region. We preferred this location especially because of the parking facilities and the average distance to every location we plan to travel. Laurent is a very polite, caring host who responds to all your questions very quickly. The house was quite clean and the furniture was of a quality that would provide our comfort during our stay. It may be useful to improve the double bed a little more in the future. We admired the sounds of birds on the porch of the house and especially the silence in the evenings. We bought a spare cartridge for the cartridges in the coffee machine, but I think we bought it for the wrong machine :( Since we checked out afterwards, we didn't have the opportunity to change it again. Laurent is a wonderful host and the house offers a wonderful guest experience. This is a place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visits to this region.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Dope just dope! Nestled in the hills yet very walkable to the bay

Marc is charming, attentive: water, coffee, biscuit, chips and milk are available. The apartment is really nice and the terrace is beautiful

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Susana’s place was incredible! The view and location were perfect! Even being outside with the most beautiful view was amazing. There is a hammock outside over looking the ocean if you just want to relax and inhale the beauty. Very clean and there was coffee for the morning.

Nice holiday

We stayed during the Monaco GP. Unbelievable view over Monaco, far enough it was quiet and close enough you still got the atmosphere! Mathieu was very responsive and helpful. Overall great stay!

The apartment is super clean and brand new, with all the utensils you need. The bathroom and kitchen are both modern and well-equipped. The balcony offers a beautiful view—perfect for relaxing. If you don’t have a car, the nearby bus stop makes getting around very easy. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! We were particularly enthusiastic about the large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea - simply wonderful to start the day or to relax in the evening. The house was excellently equipped: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board – it really lacked nothing. Everything was very clean, well organized and furnished with a lot of love. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Very nice place with a big balcony with a view, comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly hostess, good instructions and restaurant tips. Clean and tidy apartment. Highly recommended!
