It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

The apartment is located in Moltrasio in the upper part of the town (Tosnacco), so it offers an amazing view of the lake, even from the bedroom. The living and dining area has a comfortable pull-out sofa so the house can easily accomodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The large bathroom is well appointed with a ‘tropical rain’ shower on natural stones. But attention: the house is ca. 200 m above the public parkings, so you need to be fit to get up the stairs!

Villa Fisogni - Apt. 1 "Norma"

This place is fantastic! Being right on Lake Como is magical. We slept with the doors open and enjoyed the sound of the birds chirping and the waves lapping on the boats all night. The home is an interesting blend of modern and antique which we enjoyed. We had two kiddos with us and they loved having their own rooms & bathrooms. I highly recommend booking lunch at Hotel Passalacqua as it is only a 7 minute walk away and INSANELY FABULOUS! We had a great (and way more affordable LOL) dinner at the Veranda at Hotel Posta. There are apparently nice hikes around the town but I didn't figure that out till just before we left. We did a private boat tour of the lake and our boat driver picked us up at the house which worked very well. My only tips for future renters is to have a small car because parking is tight (we did fine with a small SUV) and bring your own shampoo and soap because what they provide is very minimal. You will enjoy this Airbnb!

The apartment was super clean with beautiful furniture. Wifi was also very good aswell as the warm water. The beds and sofa were super comfortable aswell. The only small negative point is the parking situation as the apartment is located at a very narrow but busy street. Nevertheless, 100% recommend to stay here for your holiday as Como is just 10 min by car away!

The place was very wonderful, it was close to many beautiful villas and about a 10-15 minute walk to the water ferry so we could go around and see a lot of Lake como. The view was beautiful and the weather was so nice we could keep the windows open and stare out at the beautiful water. The beds were nice and they were very helpful with the check in process. We had issues with trying to submit our passports and they were so kind to us. The parking was perfect for us the deck is around a blind corner but people go slow and we always had someone go into the street to look before we pulled out. It was overall such a wonderful stay, we were even able to cook a dinner and enjoy the view. Definitely recommend especially if you rent a car.
