We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean and modern, with good facilities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for your money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

Very happy with the apartment, felt very comfortable. The area around was everything we needed from beach to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Angela is definitely top host.

A lovely place in a great neighborhood, perfect with dog. Always great and very friendly communication. Everything we needed was there, we felt cared for and welcome. Very clean, absolutely spotless! This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you needed. Especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was smooth and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Everything's very good, very complete.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a stunning terrace overlooking the most breathtaking sea view imaginable, this place truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – perfect for both a longer holiday or a quick weekend getaway. The complex also offers several lovely pools, including one that’s heated, as well as a well-maintained gym area and a court for padel and other activities – ideal for those who like to stay active during their vacation. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The hosts were outstanding – so helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever a problem, and their warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We’re so grateful we had the chance to stay here – we can wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Amazing few days away with my business partner for a well deserved break away from the craziness of business. Sergio was super, an amazing place to stay with everything you need in the complex itself. The pool bar gym & pools are amazing to have, very private. The roof top solarium is a treat with amazing sea views. Will definitely be back, we had a issue with our rental car and Sergio was quick to respond when we needed recommendations for a local mechanic Thanks again Sergio
