We stayed here with our family and two-year-old child and were very happy with the experience. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, grill, sun umbrella, and comfortable flooring — perfect for relaxing. Everything was quiet, and we had no issues during our stay. Some appliances are a bit outdated, but that wasn’t a big deal. We visited in May and had no problems with parking. Without a car, getting to the beach might be less convenient. Overall, a great place for both short and long stays. Recommended!

Great stay. Lovely hosts Wiola and Paweł are very helpful with everything. Beautiful apartment, 100% cleanliness, equipped with the smallest details. In fact, it looks better than in the photos. Beautiful views from the huge terrace: the sea and the mountains. To the center of Alicante about 15min taxi or 20min by city bus. Stop near the apartment. To the sea from the apartment about 15min walk. Overgrown pool a little higher up the apartment. What more to write, you just need to see. We four friends from Poland will definitely be back. Our stay in this apartment was amazing. The place is modern, has everything you need and has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is very well equipped and we also had chairs and umbrellas for beach which was very convinient. Maria was a great host and let us stay longer in our check out day which helped us because our flight was in the evening. This place was 10/10!

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Our stay was wonderful, like and last year! Adela is very active. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back again! Very nice, quiet and beautiful place, with a nice garden and pool. The house is big and has everything we need. We always have our dog with us and she had the best vacation ever! Highly recommend!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. We were very pleased with the space and its amenities. Unfortunately, we did not have a car and so it was a bit cumbersome to discover something in the area. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. We would come back!

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
