Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Staying at Alba’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Alicante, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring. Alba was a fantastic host, and it’s clear she puts great care into making her guests feel welcome and at ease. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Desislava. Son Airbnb est vraiment complet, il ne manque absolument rien, tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente comme chez soi. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tout : plage, restaurants, commerces… Nous n’avons même pas eu besoin de voiture pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Alicante. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, et en plus de ça, Desislava est une hôte adorable, très gentille et compréhensive. C’est vraiment agréable d’avoir affaire à quelqu’un d’aussi humain et disponible. D’habitude, nous réservons des hôtels pour nos vacances, mais là on s’est sentis encore mieux que dans un hôtel : l’intimité, le confort, la localisation… tout était parfait. N’hésitez pas une seule seconde à réserver chez elle, et pour notre part, si nous revenons à Alicante, ce sera sans hésitation chez Desislava !

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. Thank you Sonia.

Sereno's place was perfect for our stay in Alicante. We were looking for a quiet place to completely chill out and that's what we did! The apartment was spotless and really well-equipped - the TV where we could log into our Disney+ was a bonus! The balcony has a gorgeous view of the sea and was perfect for sitting out on, really private. The pool area was lovely too and pretty quiet, although that may be down to the time of year. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance and a decent supermarket too. Would definitely recommend renting a car if you plan to venture outside of Gran Alicant as the bus services are not frequent and it's very hard to get an Uber (there are local taxis, which may be easier to book). However this didn't affect us as we were happy to just relax where we were. If you had a car, it would be a great base location! Sereno and his colleagues were great at communication and thank you to Jana for allowing us early check-in. Overall, a wonderful stay! :)

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Logement spacieux, fidèle à la description et décoré avec soin. Proche de l’autoroute pour ceux qui souhaitent se rendre à Alicante. Il est complet en terme d’équipements, matériels cuisine etc. Nous sommes restés que 4 nuits mais je pense que pour un séjour prolongé c’est bien adapté. Literie confortable, idem canapé. Dressing idéal et ce qu’il faut aussi dans les salles de bain. Gianluca et Vanessa sont réactifs aux messages.

Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. Both the check-in and check-out was very flexible and friendly. The villa is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and hence a perfect getaway to relax and spend time along the pool. The house itself was very complete with lots of amenities. I look forward to come back and spend another weekend in the villa to recharge my batterie whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

Very happy with the apartment, felt very comfortable. The area around was everything we needed from beach to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Angela is definitely top host.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
