Waterfront holiday rentals in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos, very nice with sea view, directly opposite the beach and close to the center. The city itself is beautiful and Alberto is totally sweet and helpful. Everything is great 👌👌

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Really enjoyed our stay, despite it being during the school holidays the apartments were quiet. This apartment was modern, very clean, great balcony and pool. A good supermarket 5 mins drive away.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Carmen's apartment in Alicante! The location was absolutely perfect for us – we loved being in a genuine local neighborhood, away from the overly touristy areas, which gave us a much more authentic experience. The apartment itself was outstanding. It was super clean, very comfortable, and had fantastic views of the sea, which we enjoyed every day. Carmen was a great host, and everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay in Alicante, especially if you appreciate a more local feel! Looking forward to staying here again in the future

Probably the best location. Sitting on the terrace you are part of the beach, which, compared to the town beach was huge and empty. A short car/bus journey into town. Eva was very attentive and her response time is very good. I cannot recommend this more highly. I will be back.

Fantastic apartment, close to the harbor (with spectacular views), close to city center, Postiguet beach, all within 10-15 minutes. The apartment was nicely furnished and equipped. Patricia was very friendly, responsive with helpful suggestions for local restaurants and land marks. Fantastic stay, we couldn’t be happier.

The residence is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, everything within walking distance 10 min from the beach, 5 min from the old city center and the bustling city. The apartment is very clean and smelled fresh when entering, you have a lot of privacy, nice terrace...the apartment is very cool to keep with the shutters and the Airco's work very quickly .. We highly recommend this stay. The Gost Merisa is also Top👌 very clear instructions to get in friendly lady who responds very quickly Thanks to Merisa, we have seen so much more of Alicante. We'll be back. x

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

A big thank you! Our vacation couldn't have been better, the accommodation was really great, very clean, the pool was a big asset. The tram two steps away was really convenient for getting around both Alicante and Benidorm. We recommend it!

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier. The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
