Family-friendly holiday rentals in Monte Mario

We had a great stay in Rome, Germanas flat was a perfect home for us. Trastevere is loud and full of live and a great starting point for getting to know the town. Germana was a very good host to us, thanks again!

Emanuele was very communicative and Cristina has good advices for city of Rome. We felt like it was our second home. Owner was always at disposal. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Recommended.

The house was great, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air and one of the toilets when we arrived Maurizio came to the house and took care of the issue. He was very responsive and helpful. The place is very close to Vatican City but it is a little far from other places, however there are buses and train near the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Este apartamento fue perfecto para nuestra visita a Roma. La zona es tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. Puedes caminar tranquilamente a sitios turísticos y hay una estación de metro cercana. El lugar es muy bonito y agradable, te sientes en casa. Todo funcionaba perfecto.

This might be the most thoughtful and pristine Airbnb my family and I have ever visited. Perfect location, wonderful shower, lovely views, cozy beds, and very suitable AC for hot summer nights in Roma. The lift for our heavy luggage saved my husbands back, even though the apartment is only on the second floor. Paola is a prideful owner of her charming apartment and it shows with every detail. Will definitely refer my friends to this one of a kind accommodation. Can’t wait to visit again. 🩷

Guido's place is located in a very walkable area but outside of the primary tourist locations in Rome which can get quite noisy and crowded. Lots of restaurants, a fantastic gelato shop (Fassi), a nice park nearby, and it's about a 15 minute walk from the Termini train station. The location was perfect for us, and the space provided everything we needed for a short stay in Rome.

It was a great base camp for my family. The place was very good location for travel and rest. I love the kitchen prepared everything I need. It felt just my second house or friend’. She was a fantastic host very attentive especially helped my very early move to airport. Highly recommend it.

Quel formidable accueil ! Nous étions pourtant en retard, arrivés à + de 22h , et Catharine a quand même pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous faire visiter l’appartement, nous guider pour notre séjour, nous donner une grande quantité d’informations pour nos déplacements . An ideal location- close enough to all the attractions via any form of transportation yet far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle - lovely neighborhood with daily markets, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Allesio’s attention to detail in his apartment is meticulous. We loved it.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Z pobytu u Livii jestem bardzo zadowolona. Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem: przestronne, gustownie umeblowane, z dużym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości jest duży taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Często z niego korzystaliśmy pijąc kawę lub wino. Czystość w mieszkaniu i łazience idealna 5/5. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory kuchenne oraz oliwa i inne przyprawy. Livia przygotowała poczęstunek. Zostawiła też wodę w lodówce, masło oraz do wyboru zestawy herbat i kawę. Livia jest bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna. Miło zostaliśmy przez nią przywitani. Poleciła nam ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia, przygotowała specjalnie dla gości informator i mapę miasta. Od razu zarezerwowała na wieczór dla nas stolik w restauracji. To bardzo miłe. Kontakt z Livią był doskonały. Reaguje na wszystkie pytania i ewentualne prośby. Dziękuję Livio za Twoją gościnność :)

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The interior is very warm and all amenities are new. I would say jimmy is a great and super helpful host. He provides clear check in instructions and many good recommendations on food and places to visit. Such a pleasant experience.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Perfection. Absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and safe. A really peaceful sanctuary after the hectic feeling of the city centre. But so centrally located. We cycled to the centre on bikes we hired from a bike shop about 5 mins walk away. It took about 25 mins to cycle to the centre. We also got taxis a couple of times for convenience and it was a 10 min drive to the centre/termini station, cost 10-20 euros. The swimming pool and beautiful garden were a godsend in the heat. Ale and Roby were welcoming, kind and helpful, such lovely people. The friendly family cats were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended - we were sad to leave! Il cottage in legno è un vero gioiello: curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, caldo e arredato con gusto. Il giardino è silenzioso, riservato, perfetto per leggere un libro, meditare o semplicemente ascoltare il canto degli uccelli. La piscina privata è favolosa, apprezzatissima da mia figlia. Un altro plus non da poco: il parcheggio privato, comodo e sicuro. La zona è molto tranquilla, ben servita e non molto distante dal centro. Alessandro un host gentilissimo, disponibile ma mai invadente. Veramente un luogo speciale.

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!
