An amazing apartment that I would highly recommend. The terrace is beautiful and worth a visit. If you want to be at the heart of the party in a very lively neighborhood, this place is for you. There are several nice bars and delicious restaurants open until late around the apartment. (Noise to be expected) Easy to access and a responsive host, I go back anytime.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed for our trip. Pamela was very responsive, and her check-in instructions were super clear. The location is perfect — we could easily reach the main sights on foot. The only downside was the noise from the street at night. Since it was super hot (end of May), we had to keep the windows open, but it was hard to sleep with people shouting and garbage trucks passing by. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment if you don’t mind some city noise!

In addition, he was very flexible with the arrival time, which made our organization much easier and was a detail that we greatly appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. You could see the attention to detail and the love with which everything is prepared for the guests. The photos in the ad perfectly reflect what the place is like, and we would even say that in person it is even better. The location was also ideal for what we needed, quiet and with easy access to everything. In short, a very positive experience in all aspects. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's place is located in the back of a peaceful and well-maintained Trastevere residence. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation is fully consistent with the photos and really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We enjoyed our Roman stay!

I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. It felt like my home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We spent 3 nights and everything went well. We were able to park the car nearby and did everything by train. Train station 15 minutes' walk. Pleasant stay. Ale available at will. We recommend
