Beautiful apartment in great and safe location! Host was very responsive and helpful. Was flexible with check-in time and patient with out schedule. Would recommend!

L’appartamento era molto pulito , area silenziosa e rilassante; ho avuto un problema ma Raffaella è stata gentile e disponibile a darmi tutte le info utili per risolvere. Flessibile sia con il check-in che con il check-out, molto gradito. Sicuramente tornerò. Grazie molte!

Un appartement incroyable que je recommande chaudement. La terrasse est magnifique et vaut le détour. Si vous souhaitez être au cœur de la fête dans un quartier très vivant, cet endroit est pour vous. Il y a plusieurs bars agréables et de délicieux restaurants ouvert jusqu’à tard autour de l’appartement. (Bruit à prévoir) Facile d’accès et un hôte réactif, j’y retourne n’importe quand.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed for our trip. Pamela was very responsive, and her check-in instructions were super clear. The location is perfect — we could easily reach the main sights on foot. The only downside was the noise from the street at night. Since it was super hot (end of May), we had to keep the windows open, but it was hard to sleep with people shouting and garbage trucks passing by. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment if you don’t mind some city noise!

nice place to chill in Rome. It is very convenient to Foro Italico that i can watch Rome Master every day. Bus Station is very close to the apartment. Friendly host!

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y amable. Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Además, tuvo una gran flexibilidad con la hora de llegada, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra organización y fue un detalle que agradecimos enormemente. El alojamiento estaba impecable: limpio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Se notaba el cuidado en los detalles y el cariño con el que se prepara todo para los huéspedes. Las fotos del anuncio reflejan perfectamente cómo es el lugar, e incluso diríamos que en persona es aún mejor. La ubicación también fue ideal para lo que necesitábamos, tranquila y con fácil acceso a todo. En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva en todos los aspectos. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Wir haben vier wunderbare Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß und dann mit Bussen oder Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Serena ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war perfekt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Le logement de Giacomo se trouve à l'arrière d'une résidence paisible et bien entretenue du Trastevere. C'est Simin qui nous a accueillis de façon chaleureuse. Le quartier est très agréable, le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et vraiment bien équipé (notamment la cuisine). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour romain !

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Il soggiorno presso l’appartamento di Barbara è stato molto breve ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. This apartment is truly a DREAM. ♥️ It is clean, spacious and beautiful. The bathroom is amazing and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was during the night. Carmen is very friendly and gave us some good tips for restaurants. I can 100% recommend this Airbnb ♥️

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
