We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

Fantastic place. Exactly how it was described. Middle of no where - only thing I would say is be more prepared than us with mosquitoes but don’t let that put you off. Amazing place!

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Nadine is a very friendly, knowledgeable and always available person. I can't fault anything We were all very happy in the house and would book it again at any time.

We had a very nice week at Alexs Airbnb! Great service and a nice host.. Kitchen and the pool were the highlights!!

Angela provided us with everything, the amazing house, in an unbeatable location with incredible views, everything clean and complete. Highly recommended and we plan to repeat! 😃

The stay at the villa was magnificent. The house exceeds all the expectations that the photographs create. It's incredibly more beautiful there than in photos. The sunsets were a luxury. On Friday we were able to use the barbecue overlooking the sea and it was amazing. Having breakfast every day on that terrace with those views filled your spirit. Many thanks to Mario and his wife for always responding so quickly and for their kindness. The house was impeccable and the stay was perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay, we absolutely loved it, so quirky with amazing views! A bit of a hike up the hill but well worth the effort. Walking distance to everything really although we did get the tram to San Juan beach as it has sun loungers and is much nicer than the local beach. Viktor and Maria were super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful property to us. 😍

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We had a fabulous time. Beautiful villa, gardens and pool and it had everything you need for a great holiday! No complaints at all. Just a couple of observations - international satellite TV or a DVD player ( so that people can bring DVDs with them, or inform the clients that you only have German TV. The other suggestion would be is to get better, firmer pillows. We would definitely stay here again, and thank you.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

What can I say other than what an amazing stay! My partner and I along with 3 little ones have just returned home from a wonderful week. We cannot fault our stay and will return next year! Everything you need, the outside kitchen is the best idea, comfy beds, great pool! We visited the local restaurant Bella Vista a couple of times and such great food and atmosphere. Thank you to Guy who kept us updated with our arrival, so warm and welcoming even when we had to leave at 5am he came and collected the keys for our return flight home :)

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa
