Monthly Rentals in Monte Romano

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

The apartment is on the first floor of an old tower in front of the cathedral in a quiet area, and close to two clubs. During the hours outside the closing of the pedestrian area, you can arrive by car right below the house. Parking is outside the walls a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is tastefully renovated and has everything you need. Claudia welcomed us and gave us directions to restaurants, events, and things to see. Great stay.

We chose to stay in Viterbo after a 7-night cruise out of Civitavecchia… We are so glad our family of 4 stayed at Massimo’s immaculate condo. It was a nice way to unwind and spend our last few days in Italy. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed and more! It felt like I was staying in a hotel!! The host was incredibly thoughtful and communicative, with great local recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

A really pleasant house, offered by a friendly host. Can also recommend the local restaurant that is right by the corner!
