It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Casa Roman Chan is een oude boerenwoning van meer dan 100 jaar oud. We hebben het pas gekocht van de vorige eigenaars en we willen er ons kleine paradijsje van maken. Wie op zoek is naar rust, natuur en prachtige uitzichten is hier op de juiste plaats. Het huis ligt in de palm van een heuvel, met zicht op een prachtige vallei. San Venanzo ligt vlakbij het Nationaal Park Monti Sibellini, maar ook Amandola en Sarnano liggen niet ver. Check zeker ook onze sociale media!

La vista sul lago è accompagnata dal suono degli animali che lo abitano e dalla natura circostante. Il luogo è un'oasi di pace: è adatto per chi è amante della natura e desidera tranquillità. Sono presenti diverse specie di uccelli ed è il luogo ideale per chi ama fotografare. L'alloggio non è dotato di cucina ma è presente un piccolo frigorifero.
