Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

Piero was very nice. Room was good, private WC very clean. Location is as good as it gets, 5min walk from Piazza maggiore, yet the room is very quiet at night. Totally recomended.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

She was very nice and accommodating. The place itself is a dream. The room was not only sparkling clean, but also first-class and very tastefully furnished. Excellent alternative for those in the vicinity of Monte delle Formiche and Monte Bibele. An isolated place, but ideal for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. Annamaria was very helpful in welcoming us, with a flexible check-in time and clarity in all the services provided during the stay.

Leo was such a lovely host and the space was so peaceful and exactly what I needed! Spacious, comfortable and even checked in on me to see if I needed anything further. He was extremely responsive and patient with me, lovely person all around and I recommend this place for anyone who visits Bologna. It’s so close to everything and in a great spot. Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The Barn is a magical place, surrounded by nature, with attention to the smallest details. Very kind and helpful host, she welcomed us at the prearranged time and her friendliness made the short stay even more enjoyable. The location is truly worth it because it is created to make you feel at home, welcoming and enveloping. Definitely a point of reference for longer stays.

I booked very late, but Lorenzo didn't mind and received me with open arms. He owns a beautiful farm, with several rooms designed with character inside. Breakfast is included in the price and in the common areas you can work or eat together. Thanks for everything, this sleeping place really surprised me positively!

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 pm. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, super clean and well furnished. The kitchen and living room where we had breakfast, in the morning were also beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruits, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds...Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on the hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Elisabetta's house is lovely. It is an old Garfagnino farmhouse renovated in strict compliance with the original materials and furnished with great taste. In a panoramic position about 2 km from the village, the view is beautiful. Elisabetta was a perfect host, attentive to every detail, super helpful, thoughtful. Highly recommended stay !!!!

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts Always available from start to finish The property is well kept and looks like the photos Friendly and accommodating hosts, we were a group of 7 people made up of friends who provided us with their tavern and fireplace to have dinner together, making sure that there was everything we needed I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back
