Welcome home!! From the beginning, we felt so incredibly comfortable! Daniele welcomed us warmly, there was olive oil and wine as a welcome gift!! The location is an absolute dream. Far from mass tourism, this pearl is nestled between vineyards and olive groves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, the icing on the cake was the pool in the hot temperatures! La Bulletta is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Umbria. An absolute plus is the water pressure;) I have thick long hair and it has never been so beautiful and easy to wash, better than at home!!! Thanks to Daniele, his sister and the incredibly adorable parents for 7 days of absolute rest and relaxation away from everyday life. We'll be back, for sure

We ended our Italy vacation in Spello and this was the perfect place to relax and reorganize while we enjoyed the surroundings and beauty of Umbria. Unique interior and roomy enough to spread out and still keep the interior tidy and comfortable. Argen and Wendy were very responsive and provided information when we needed it. We would love to come back!

We had a lovely time in Christiana’s apartment. The location is great and the host super friendly.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Well-decorated accommodation with taste. Supermarket 50 m away. Small town center 200 m away, train station 400 m away. Warm welcome that changes us from code locks. A one-night stop on the road to the south for us. We recommend

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Silvia was an amazing host. She went above and beyond our expectations to provide us with help to access services. She was very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, well kept, great location. Very enjoyable stay!

Giorgio was a wonderful host from the questions prior to booking to the final check out He has a wonderful home, it really felt like we were staying in his home. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children. We loved everything about our stay from the pool, the views and the gardens. The villa has everything to offer and Giorgio and his mum great is on check in. We created so many memories and had some much laughter during our stay. The train station was a 15 minute drive and we got the train to Rome twice. Giorgio was so helpful, from all the tips and local information to getting some food for us before we arrived to stock the fridge. This really was one of my most memorable holidays, it was a shame to have had to leave. Thank you Giorgio for lending your home to us we hope we looked after it for you.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

Very good stay in this apartment/house 3 minutes from the center of Orvieto. Extremely peaceful. The small courtyard in the greenery with the deckchairs is nice. The house and the neighborhood have charm. Keep in mind that if you are three people, the couple in the back room is obliged to go through the room where the single bed is to go to the rest of the apartment and in particular to the bathroom. This may be a problem. Punctual and friendly welcome from Camilla. Numerous restaurant addresses and sightseeing recommendations.

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
