We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Alessandro’s & Anna’s Place is a beautiful small piece of Italian history tucked away in a natural setting with mature trees, gardens, groves and vineyards, which have been fed by the thermal spring waters. If you want to feel like you are on your own private Royal getaway and enjoy close and easy car access to Venice, Padua, Verona and all the quaint little villages, like Aqua Petraca near Monselice, or if you simply want to enjoy a dip in the private spa waters, or natural thermal springs, this is the place to relax, so look no more. We look forward to returning to this hidden gem. Grazie milie.

Superb check-in. Helped w/ transport and food our first night which was insightful to our needs and showed kindness.Very responsive. Beautiful, pristine home in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Very nice historic complex in the center of Noale with great architectural details! We had a really great stay! The place is very quiet despite its location. It was very well equipped and clean, we lacked nothing! From here you can quickly get to Padua, Treviso and also Venice. The train station is within walking distance.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Great structure, for a weekend with friends. There are six bedrooms, as many bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor space to eat. The location is fabulous, on the hills above Arquà, in the middle of olive trees.

Enrico and Sofia are excellent hosts! They respond quickly and give fantastic recommendations and instructions. The apartment is charming, large, and comfortable. There were five of us, and we were very comfortable. A direct bus makes it easy to travel to and from Venice. Highly recommend Sofia and Enrico's place!

thank you so much for accommodating my large family! you thought of everything that a home away from home could offer. the kids enjoyed running in the yard and we appreciated the security gate for that purpose. 👍🏼😌

The stay was great, Marco was very welcoming and I didn't have any problems. The apartment is very confortable and near the supermarket. 10/10 would recommend.

My 10 day stay was so wonderful. Luana and her husband were very kind and went above and beyond from the very beginning. Upon arriving to Italy I followed Luana's helpful directions to take a bus from the Marco Polo Airport. In my exausted state, I left my suitcase on the bus. They quickly coordinated a rescue of it from the airport. Absolutely amazing! The attention to details, instructions, and cleanliness were incredibly. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Some of my favorites were the comfortable bed, bathtub, moka pot, and powerful hairdryer. The location and garden are magical. I wished I could stay forever. I would ❤️ love to call this my home again on my next visit to Padova.

Annalisa was very kind and attentive even before booking. I sent her some questions before and she answered everything very clearly and quickly. On the day of check-in, he was there for us at almost 11 pm and took the time to explain everything to us to have a very nice vacation. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean! Thank you Annalisa for making our stay the best!

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centers are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time in her house.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

Super nice place to stay on an impressive terrain. The apartment was beautiful and very suitable for 4 people. It was very clean and has everything you need. The windows are provided with screens that are useful. A great pool, excellent wine in the winery, a good bakery across the street and a butcher next door complete the holiday feeling.
