Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.

On the first floor a large living area (kitchen, dining area and living room), a bedroom with two beds, and a spacious bathroom with shower. The double bedroom is located on the lower floor, with vaulted stone ceiling and with direct access to the court located at the foot of the village.

Your room will be inside Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own produce! Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.

A mini-house surrounded by nature where you can hear the chirping of birds, the frequent howling of wolves and where you can spend time with farmyard animals.
