lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

We had a wonderful weekend in this apartment. The tranquility and privacy of the place are priceless, both inside and in the outdoor spaces you can feel total serenity. The apartment was impeccably clean and we especially appreciated the bed, incredibly comfortable! Traveling with our son of almost 3 years old, finding an environment where you can really relax is not obvious, and we were able to do it fully here. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a haven of peace and comfort.
