Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

A delightful Bijoux in the heart of the city

The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

Parcheggio privato nel giardino (10€/giorno a aprile, maggio, giugno e settembre, 15€/giorno a luglio e agosto). Tassa di soggiorno: 2€/notte/persona

In front of the house is the free shuttle stop to the beaches of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo.

La casetta is a small apartment made from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, welcoming, and intimate. It is on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn overlooking the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric plates and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience refreshing moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

Casa Balani

Built in medieval times on the remains of the Roman Amphitheater steps, the house offers small portions of exposed Roman walls inside. From the rooms, on the upper floor, you can enjoy a suggestive panorama dominated by the Rocca Minore and what remains of the same Amphitheater. All around is the oldest district of Assisi, characterized by alleys, squares and medieval houses. A part of the city unknown to most but suggestive and pleasant to discover.

Dimora nel Borgo - A Relaxing Home

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
