Monthly Rentals in Montequinto

We enjoyed the time with Steven very much and immediately felt at home. Everything is as described and the pool is simply great. Parking on the street in front of the house is possible without any problems. The subway is only three minutes away. The area is quiet and safe. Steven was always available. We will be happy to come back. Thanks :-)

we have had the most wonderful 11 days in Martas house, we wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely like to return. The house was perfect for our family and dog friendly. our dog was very happy here. everywhere was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities you could need, in a great location, and had a lovely pool. the supermarket 2 mins away was amazing and all we needed, we had fish almost every day and great fillet steak. marta was an amazing host, very attentive and helpful and made the whole process very easy, as this was our first time in an air b&b. margos cafe in montequinto is lovely and we had day trips to seville and Jerez for sherry tasting. a truly fabulous holiday.

Surrounding travel and shopping are very convenient. The house is clean and tidy. The host couple is very warm.

I've given 5 Stars... But not everything was 5 Star. The external door has a key in a key safe outside the villa. We turned up to find no key. I had two elderly parents, 4 kids, and another two adults stuck outside for 30 mins. Once this was sorted, we found that the digital/electronic door was very temperamental and would not always work after putting in the code. Again finding ourselves stuck outside for 15 mins, we were given a "hack" to make it work which it did, again not every time. Having to take a few minutes to open a door which should take seconds is not ideal! Because of this, we had to leave a back door open slightly to gain entry. The last issue, power cuts. The power cut off at least 10 times in the day. It was easy to reset, however at night you were left in pitch black darkness. Not ideal with elderly people and children feeling panicked. Everything else was 5 Star and was as described and the place was clean and had really good fitted kitchen, pool was decent.
