This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

it's perfectly located if you're going to use public transportation. I bought a bike and used it every day to go to work, there are many bike routes and they respect them. I felt good because I was alone and there was noise, night life, restaurants, mainly on weekends. I have trouble sleeping but that didn't bother me since other than being on a third floor, I used the earplugs that left me in the apartment. Any questions I had, they responded quickly. Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

We had an amazing time at Devin's. We came in for a work trip and Devin's spot was perfect for unwinding and had plenty of space for us to work aswell. The bed was comfy, the place was beautiful, and the spa bath was amazing! The kitchen was also well stocked with coffee and cookware. Devin was also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would stay again.

Seascape is a such a nice place to stay and Greg's place made our visit very comfortable and relaxing with a great view in a great location.

Very comfortable place for our family. Lots of space. Was great to have 3 full bathrooms. Loved spending time on the patio. Place was equipped with everything we needed. Only thing to be aware of if you need a very quiet place to sleep is that, given that you are in Santana Row, it can sometimes be loud at night. The owners gave very detailed instructions which made the check in process easy.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, David, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions and easy to navigate. David went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. I will definitely be returning!

We had a great stay at Sean's condo! The place was beautiful, bigger than I expected from the photos and served our family vacation well. Sean was very responsive and a welcoming host. The pros were the amazing unobstructed ocean view and the location. Cons were that the overall Seascape resort is definitely worn and they changed the rules 3 days before our stay to not allow condo guests to use the pools closest to our unit (which was not Sean's fault). We were missing a number of essentials upon check-in (e.g., tissues, oven mitts, enough towels) but everything was supplied within hours so no complaints. The only recommendation I'd have is to more completely stock and organize the kitchen (e.g., there were barely enough bowls/plates etc... for our group of 6 to eat 1-2 meals, the kitchen pots/pans were disorganized spread across 3 different cabinets), but that may not apply to lots of guests since we prefer to cook all our meals. We had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality!

Allen was very good with communication and flexible to ensure support and best service. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The location is unbeatable near lots of eating joints at Santana Row. A dedicated parking spot in the garage was a big advantage. Recommend for long-term stays too.

The house was 4 bedrooms with one en suite bathroom and a second full bathroom. It was clean and well equipped. It was close to hiking trails and close to Los Gatos where we were going to a wedding. We would recommend the house.

The house was beautiful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were many large screen TVs. The kitchen was open and would be great for cooking and entertaining. The laundry room was far enough away from the bedrooms that we could catch up on laundry from our traveling and still get to sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Vic was a wonderful host. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet safe place to stay while visiting.

We had 8 couples stay in this spacious, well kept home. It was located in a very nice area with stores and food close by. The home was clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year. The host were friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on this home, if you are in the area!

Pictures do not do Casa Isabella justice! Lovely home in a fantastic location. Plenty of room to spread out inside with a great deck and patio. Home is well stocked with cooking essentials. Easy walk to the beach and the heart of Carmel.

Lived the vibe of this space. Clean and affordable. RJ is definitely at the top of my list in San Jose!

Wonderful place to crash at after seeing a local concert. Place was super clean, they were very responsive & didn’t have a crazy early check out time. Very responsive.
