You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a bathroom and a new kitchen. It is on the garden level of Ludovic's house. The private estate's shared swimming pool is located 100 meters away and is open from June to the end of September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrenees Orientales with its Vermeille coast and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

In the heart of the Albères, in the Chartreuse du Boulou, come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and comfortable apartment. You will enjoy a serene environment in the heart of nature, 20 minutes from the beaches (Argelès), 10 minutes from Spain, and 5 minutes from the highway and shops. The new apartment is on the ground floor of our house and has access and a private garden with a small swimming pool. Located 5 minutes by car from the Thermes du Boulou, we offer a special spa rate on request.

The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.
