We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We have no complaints to make as Marco offered us more than we expected! A huge thank you, you made our stay even more unforgettable. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. Innocenta was so kind and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. This beautiful apartment and Innocenta made our trip to Lake Como so memorable. We did not want to leave! Grazie mille ❤️

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. The apartment is quaint, with beautiful views from the bedroom and a freshly renovated bathroom. The region is quietly stunning, plenty of hikes, forests, fresh water to dip in and space to breathe. Enrico was warm and welcoming on arrival. Altogether, a calm and grounding place.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. Communication with Gloria via Airbnb was perfect. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything was tip top - highly recommended!

The accommodation was incredibly good! The equipment was particularly above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!
