Our beautifully restored large five bedroom 12th century mas, will meet all your requirements of a historic but modern home away from home whilst still giving you a real 'French Mas' experience. Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.
