Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. The park house

Bienvenue à la maison du parc. En bordure d'un parc, dans un cadre très calme et verdoyant, cet appartement indépendant de 45m2, mitoyen à notre maison a été réalisé avec soin récemment et se situe à 5mn à pied du centre historique. Ce logement proche des commodités, donnant sur une cour pavée, ensoleillé le matin, est composé d'un espace salon avec son canapé-lit, cuisine équipée et une suite parentale. Peaceful house close to Montfort l'Amaury

Come and recharge in our artists' home, nestled in greenery and full of character. We are five minutes from Montfort l'Amaury. On the ground floor, a large open living space with open kitchen, a big dining table and fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with their own shower room. On the first floor, the master bedroom and magnificent bathroom with free standing bath, a huge kids' bedroom complete with toys. There is a lovely private garden and south facing terrace with a BBQ.

Au cœur d’un petit village, à 35 min de Paris en voiture ou en train, 25 min du chateau de Versailles et 5 min du Zoo de Thoiry. La maison est indépendante, avec un jardin clos de 1300 m2 et une piscine (10 m2) privée et chauffée. À votre arrivée, le ménage est fait, les lits sont prêts, des grandes serviettes sont fournies ainsi que des foutas pour la piscine. Nous fournissons le nécessaire de base : café en grain (environ 15 cafés), essuie-tout, papier toilette, produit lave vaisselle, …

Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Bienvenue à Montfort-L’Amaury ! IMPORTANT : notre gîte situé sur notre terrain de 1200m2, mitoyen à notre maison mais l’accès est autonome. Location conviviale (160m2 ) dans notre propriété arborée. Piscine partagée avec notre famille, sécurisée. Accès via porte-fenêtre du salon qui donne sur l’allée gravillonnée. Ancien atelier rénové par nos soins : mur en pierres, sol en travertin, meubles chinés. Esprit maison de famille ! Draps NON fournis. Merci de lire le règlement intérieur.

Located in the middle of the village next to the 12th-century church - in absolute peace and quiet (except for the bells). The house is very bright with large windows open to the terrace and garden. We live in the 2nd house located on the property. Located in the village of Bazoches sur Guyonne, 35 kilometers from Paris. Many activities nearby: golf, horseback riding, hiking (direct access GR 11 from the property).
