En bordure d'un parc, dans un cadre très calme et verdoyant, cet appartement indépendant de 45m2, mitoyen à notre maison a été réalisé avec soin récemment et se situe à 5mn à pied du centre historique. Ce logement proche des commodités, donnant sur une cour pavée, ensoleillé le matin, est composé d'un espace salon avec son canapé-lit, cuisine équipée et une suite parentale. Au cœur d’un petit village, à 35 min de Paris en voiture ou en train, 25 min du chateau de Versailles et 5 min du Zoo de Thoiry. La maison est indépendante, avec un jardin clos de 1300 m2 et une piscine (10 m2) privée et chauffée. À votre arrivée, le ménage est fait, les lits sont prêts, des grandes serviettes sont fournies ainsi que des foutas pour la piscine. Nous fournissons le nécessaire de base : café en grain (environ 15 cafés), essuie-tout, papier toilette, produit lave vaisselle, …

Bienvenue à Montfort-L’Amaury ! IMPORTANT : notre gîte situé sur notre terrain de 1200m2, mitoyen à notre maison mais l’accès est autonome. Location conviviale (160m2 ) dans notre propriété arborée. Piscine partagée avec notre famille, sécurisée. Accès via porte-fenêtre du salon qui donne sur l’allée gravillonnée. Ancien atelier rénové par nos soins : mur en pierres, sol en travertin, meubles chinés. Esprit maison de famille ! Draps NON fournis. Merci de lire le règlement intérieur.

Welcome to the Jardin de la Millière, our magnificent house located in Les Mesnuls, 40 minutes from Paris and in the Chevreuse valley natural park, a region prized for its beauty and its proximity to exceptional sites such as Montfort l'Amaury (5 mins), Thoiry (18 mins), Versailles (20 mins), and Rambouillet (20 mins). The house is absolutely quiet but you will have the N10 and N12 nearby. Come and enjoy a moment with your loved ones in this charming old house tastefully renovated.

In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

The house is very bright with large windows open to the terrace and garden. We live in the 2nd house located on the property. Located in the village of Bazoches sur Guyonne, 35 kilometers from Paris. Many activities nearby: golf, horseback riding, hiking (direct access GR 11 from the property).
