Het heeft een slaapkamer, woonkamer met keukenblok, douche,toilet en een privé zonnetherapie. Het zwembad ligt in de aangrenzende tuin en wordt gedeeld.

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Located on the slope of the Montgó Natural Park in a privileged environment, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, between Denia and Javea in the "Los Lagos" Urbanization that has a community pool, gardens and a small lake to which it gives its name, very close to the traditional village of Jesús Pobre. There are numerous routes for trekking and cycling that will take you to the wonderful coves and beaches of Marina Alta.

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. Get to know traditional Xàbia! You can also taste our home-grown raisins, oil, fruits, and vegetables. You will live an agritourism experience and learn about the area's agricultural past. The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
