Casa muy privada en zona tranquila a los pies del Montgó. Aire acondicionado y calefacción en todo la casa. Piscina de 13'5x 4'5mts y Jacutzzi. Piscina climatizada(preguntar precio) Sol todo el dia. A 1 minuto andando a una clínica privada, supermercado,cafetería y a 10 mts andando a restaurantes. A 5 mint. con coche al Casco histórico, y a 15 minutos a la playa del Puerto y 5 mints al pueblo. Encontrarás tiendas tradicionales y restaurantes. 5 camas, 1 cama Queen, 2 baños, enorme terraza.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.
