We are located 4 km from the Château de Chenonceau (15 min by bike from the house and 5 min by car). Beauval Zoo is 25 min away. Family park for young and old 15 min away. The residence dates from the 1930s, with an inner courtyard and two troglodyte cellars. The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.
