Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

The directions were VERY detailed and clear which I was very grateful for. Communication with the host was quick and easy as well. The apartment was very beautiful and just as described. I was just one person staying so very spacious :) The ceilings are quite low (which they do state) so it wouldn’t be very comfortable for ppl over 5’9. And just a heads up, if you plan on having heavy/large luggage the lift is small and you’ll still need to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs. I loved the spaciousness, full kitchen, private rooftop, and walking distance to the sites. I had no complaints and do highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again :)

Favorite AirBnb ever and we have stayed a lot of places between our 2 accounts(business and leisure). Most clean, amazing style and vibe, location perfect, and mtg the owners was topping in the cake. Loved it.

Fantastic find, quiet, relaxing and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with private secluded roof terrace in the centre of Rome, 10/10 for us! Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Centrally located, the apartment is the same as the photos, it has everything you need and was very clean, the terrace is great for those who smoke. We would definitely go again, we recommend it!! 🤗

We had a few wonderful days in Laura's apartment. I prefer this to hotels as we have more space and washing machine etc. Catching bus into the City was easy.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Such a wonderful stay! Easy to find great local spots given the location is in a lively area. Hope to stay here again next time we visit!

What a fabulous apartment! A 5 minute walk from Roma Termini but very quiet and safe. Located on the 6th floor (there is a lift!) the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful balcony which spans the entire apartment. Well equipped kitchen and Marco kindly left provisions for breakfast and tea and coffee.....such a welcoming touch. He was easy to contact and gave clear and easy directiions. Highly recommend!

Federica and her home were just perfect! Her communication was flawless and extremely helpful. She gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants, sites and how best to get around. The location was just as fabulous with great views of the coliseum! When staying there, you must visit “Ristocaffe Vecchia Roma” just next door for amazing coffees, pastries, pasta and more! Very cute studio with a wonderful view of the Colosseum!! Laura was very responsive and even left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy!!

I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. I appreciate everything so much.!!! Grazie a Mille!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed – we felt right at home straight away. The host was so lovely and welcoming, and even surprised us with a bunch of snacks and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling. The location was good – really close to bus stations so it was super easy to get around and see all the main sights in Rome. Plus, there were some great local restaurants nearby that we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
