We had an amazing stay in Rome! Within walking distance to local sights and very close to public transportation. We would definitely stay again if we come back!

Antonio’s Rome apartment in the pantheon neighborhood is a great location where you can walk to everything. Great host great apartment great location. What more could you ask for?

This place was perfect! Andrea was such a wonderful host, was always responsive and proactive in reaching out. This home is right down the street from the colosseum, but was still pretty quiet during the nights! Lots of great restaurants super close, so we didn’t feel the need to have to uber places too frequently. If you are looking to stay in Rome, I 100% recommend this property, or anywhere with Andrea!

Cannot recommend this spot more for your trip to Rome. We absolutely loved it. The location, right by the pantheon (and All'Antico Vinaio sandwiches) is absolutely ideal. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and quiet. We had seen prior reviews about noise levels and did not find it to be loud at all. Similarly, some prior reviews said access was difficult - it is not. We received very clear instructions about how to enter the apartment, and were even able to drop our bags ahead of check in so that we could explore without our luggage. Communication was helpful, proactive, and prompt. Can't imagine a better stay for in Rome!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment located near the Spanish Steps! The location was absolutely perfect—central, safe, and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The apartment itself was stylish, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we booked, Ilaria was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Communication was seamless throughout, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Federica and her home were just perfect! Her communication was flawless and extremely helpful. She gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants, sites and how best to get around. The location was just as fabulous with great views of the coliseum! When staying there, you must visit “Ristocaffe Vecchia Roma” just next door for amazing coffees, pastries, pasta and more! Very satisfied with the accommodation, the things provided by the host are comprehensive and the slipper toothbrush is available.The room is very clean and clean, and the landlord is also very welcoming.

Paola is an excellent host (5 star ⭐ plus). The apartment is the best Air B&B, I have ever stayed at. It’s immaculately clean, has all the amenities required, great transport links including shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone going to visit Rome. It’s also conveniently located to the Vatican City and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

The apartment rented by Naoki is really unique. The terrace alone deserves five stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Aldo’s place! The house is beautiful—especially in the evening when the terrace lights up, creating the perfect spot to relax. Aldo was the best host I’ve ever had. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He shared great local tips and immediately came by to check on the air conditioning when we mentioned it wasn’t cooling fast—such thoughtful and prompt attention! To top it off, Aldo generously offered to drop us at the train station when we were leaving. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed – we felt right at home straight away. The host was so lovely and welcoming, and even surprised us with a bunch of snacks and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling. The location was good – really close to bus stations so it was super easy to get around and see all the main sights in Rome. Plus, there were some great local restaurants nearby that we really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay!

Clean, beautiful, great water pressure, great communication. Attentive and willing to provide suggestions on food and bars. They had a bottle of wine as a welcome gesture. It was a 30th anniversary, so we felt great. Just wow! The place was clean, great water pressure, good instructions to “how to get in”. WiFi QR code was easy to use. Smart TV was a welcome perk. Both hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported. Would definitely stay here again.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
