Monthly Rentals in Monticello

The host is excellent , you hear upstairs if there is loud activity, it is peacful in general. I wish it was a better neighborhood although it worked out for me overall. The shower knob can be improved , the heater and a/c works great. The kitchen pots and pans can be renewed . Greatly appreciated overall.

10/10 would recommend this gem to everyone! Tami was a great host, super responsive. So many recommendations on restaurants & things to do. Check in was easy, I had no issues. My family and I came to stay for a night & I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property is absolutely breathtaking. The pond is so peaceful, we got to see some bunnies & got to hear all kinds of birds singing in the morning. The home is beautiful. Clean and neat. She keeps the home stocked with anything you could need for a stay. It was wonderful, we will definitely always try to book Tami’s place again if we’re in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage! We were there for a soccer showcase only 10 minutes away so it was very convenient for us to stay there. Everything was exactly as it was described. I really loved how it was decorated and all the appliances and dishes were high quality. Everything was neat and clean throughout the house. It really beats staying in a hotel. We got to cook our own meals and didn’t have to be contained in a room. If there was one thing that needed improvement, it would be that the grass and outside could’ve been better maintained but it also had been raining a lot that week. Most of all, we loved being greeted by the chickens and getting fresh eggs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay with a family. Downtime felt great to be in a home compared to hotel. Marcia responded with any of my questions promptly. Overall would come again when visiting family.
