Stéphane and Karine welcome you to an old independent press of 90 m2 located on their 7 hectare property, a place to disconnect in a preserved natural environment. Away without being isolated, you will be surrounded by meadows and woods, with 3 streams, a pond and lots of animals (donkey, horses, pony, ducks, etc.). Ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned for its hikes, Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and Roche d'Oëtre are nearby and the sea is 1 hour's drive away.

A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.
