Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property with 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.

Enjoy peace and quiet in our fully-equipped tiny house. A bakery, a post office, a bar and a supermarket are available at La Grande-Paroisse (3 min by car). Places nearby: - Fontainebleau forest (climbing, hiking...) - A leisure park - Most famous castles of Seine-et-Marne (Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Blandy-les-tours...) - Must see places to visit (Provins, Moret-sur-Loing, Barbizon...)
