Recently created, our cottage is located in the Jura mountains, Doubs department, 40 minutes from Besançon, 30 minutes from Pontarlier and 15 minutes from the Salins-les-Bains spa resort. Hiking enthusiasts, the natural setting of the Loue Valley will not leave you indifferent with its many viewpoints, in a still preserved natural setting. Built in the 18th century, the property boasts 5 acres of parkland, a pond, a vineyard (producing around 1,500 bottles/year) and a breathtaking view of the listed village of Château-Chalon. The house has been renovated with a mix of antique furnishings and modern craftsmanship. It is perfect for a family, group or couple wishing to discover all that the region has to offer.

All the necessary local shops are 13 km from the cottage, in Salins-les-Bains, a spa town.

It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom. A large kitchen upstairs, a summer kitchen that opens onto the terrace on the ground floor. A cozy living room that will allow you to relax and have a good time with family or friends.

Appartement indépendant aménagé dans une ferme ancienne restaurée avec petite terrasse ombragée et accès au jardin dans village franc-comtois authentique. Idéal pour couple ou couple avec enfant et non recommandé pour un groupe d'adultes (manque d'intimité) Attention! la chambre 1 est équipée d'un lit de 140 et la chambre 2 d'un lit de 160 et également d'un banquette lit de 90.
