Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Montmartre beautiful duplex with Sacré Coeur view!

You will enjoy a taste of luxury in Paris : breathtaking views on Sacré-Coeur and .... some space ! The flat is 45 sq. m. large. You can reach any part of Paris very quickly thanks to metro line 2, 4 and 12 all very close to the flat. The flat is very bright and calm.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Peaceful and private hideout at the foothill of Montmartre. This unique appartement has been home and inspiration for world famous painters, poets and film makers. Equipped with: cozy Queen-size bed, with all natural fabrics, kitchen corner, a bathroom and WC. On the small balcony you can eat or read outside and look at Paris' roofs. The mural painting is from one of Latin America’s greatest masters, Guillermo Olguin. The gifted interior designer is also your co host, Victoria Senoret.

This lovely 41 square meters (441 square feet) apartment is located in Montmartre, on top of rue des Martyrs (lovely Parisian street market), on the chic and famous avenue Trudaine. Facing the square d'Anvers, from the apartment, you'll have a lovely view on the Sacré Coeur, on of the most romantic monument in Paris. Few steps away from Anvers metro station (3 mn walk according to Google) you'll go anywhere in Paris within few minutes! The apartment has entirely been renovated in 5 months.

1 bedroom 6th floor (with elevator), on avenue Trudaine at the heart of the 9eme arrondissement (numerous shops - food, clothing, bars and restaurants) and the trendy area Martyr / Trudaine. This appartment comprises one bedroom, one salon with US kitchen, one bathroom with WC as well as a small balcony with a terrific view over the Eiffel Tower. Located in the very heart of the 9th District. Easily accessible through the courtyard of a stone 19th century Parisian building , on first floor with no elevator. The apartment is 50 m2./ 538 sq feet. Great shopping and restaurants just outside. Metro Anvers/Notre dame de Lorette / St George/ Cadet, all circle the apartment. Bus 85 just in front of the apartment is direct to the river and the Louvre.
