The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. He helped make this trip smooth and enjoyable.

My mum and I stayed in Laura’s apartment and it was fantastic! The location is great for getting around, we love walking so we walked everywhere and this was a good place for our base to be. The apartment is perfect, we really felt like we had a taste of Paris in the apartment. Laura was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying! I am already trying to work out when I could visit again!

Had a great time at Olivier’s place. It’s a lovely traditional Parisian appartment, spacious with a balcony and classic rooftop view. The neighbourhood is full of wonderful food shops and cafes and the 9th arrondissement has lots to visit in easy walking distance. Bus and metro transport links to further afield in Paris are also good. Olivier and his friend JP who welcomed us were extremely friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this appartment for visiting Paris

Accommodation that meets expectations very well, clear instructions, welcoming apartment, spacious and very well-equipped. Quite lively neighborhood by day but quiet at night. We thank Laura for her responsiveness, trust and hospitality and we recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manon’s and would recommend it to our friends. The location was very convenient and there were many restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

I stayed at this apartment for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s super spacious and comfortable, perfect if you like the option to cook a few meals at home rather than eat out all the time. The location couldn’t be better. We walked to Le Marais and other nearby neighborhoods easily, and the train station is really close too, which made getting around a breeze. There are tons of great boulangeries, wine shops, and markets in the area, and the view from the balcony is stunning. I’d read a few older reviews about a cigarette smell, but I didn’t notice anything like that during my stay (and I’m not a smoker). Julia was really helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. It did get pretty hot on a couple of the days, so having some fans would’ve been nice, but otherwise the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very practical. and Eric is really nice. Thank you very much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

Great location, Mr Vincent is very helpful & proactive . Clean house Only issue is 3rd floor no elevator .
