The Maison de Montmorency dates back to the 16th century. Classified as a historic monument, it is located at the foot of the City of Carcassonne. With an area of 350 m2, completely restored from 2009 to 2016, it offers an equipped kitchen, spacious living areas suitable for families where old and remarkable architectural elements (fireplaces, stained glass windows, etc.) rub shoulders with contemporary furniture. The 900 m2 garden offers a swimming pool, summer kitchen, private parking for 3 cars with electric charging station.

Cette petite maison pleine de charme (40m2) est idéale pour un ou 2 couples ou une famille avec 2 enfants. Grande chambre de plain pied, mezzanine avec 2 lits séparés, ou assemblés pour un second couple. Grand espace extérieur pour se détendre et manger à l'ombre des pins. La piscine chauffée par une bâche à bulle est partagée avec le propriétaire (vous aurez la priorité). Ouverte toute l'année mais "baignable" de Mai à Septembre selon la météo. Départ de balade à pied directement de la maison.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Discover our villa, in a charming tourist village, nestled at the foot of the Black Mountain, 15km from the city of Carcassonne. It is in an idyllic setting surrounded by greenery that you will have an unforgettable holiday. You will find the swimming pool and its jacuzzi, a fully equipped pool house, and a pétanque court. Our little cocoon is peacefully located in the heart of nature. It is a 36 m2 chalet, which we have renovated to offer you a comfortable place. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a seating area with TV and Wi-Fi and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. To relax in any season, a professional spa has just been installed, and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated during sunny days).

In our large property we offer an apartment to meet as a couple, family, friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, an equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.
