The Gite is close to Bressuire / Parthenay and La Foret sur Sevre which has a restaurant, cafe, plus a beautiful Chateau with picnic area on the banks of the moat. Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin or Pescalis ( International Fishing Lakes) all close by. Great for walks, Cycling ora mini-break

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Hello The accommodation is peaceful and functional with its independent entrance you will be in total autonomy. It is suitable for short stays for 2 where has 3 people. There is a bedroom with a 140/190 bed for 2 people with a bunk bed for a child or a bz in the living room. Free private parking for your car and the possibility of putting a trailer or bikes in a locked garage. The accommodation has a private terrace with its amenities.
