This charming villa is surrounded by beautiful meadows and woods - by green untuched nature. A place like this you won't find so easily! Private covered parking for guests is situated at listing place. Istria is well connected and has an excellent and uncrowded road system. The coast with the big tourist centers is just a short drive away, as Pula airport. The nearest beach is located in Rabac about 18 km away. The Istrian peninsula 'Terra magica' lies on the Adriatic sea which is the closest warm sea to the heart of Europe. Rabac, 'The Pearl of the Kvarner Bay', is situated on the eastern part of the peninsula. Town Pazin is only 12 km away with its fascinating picture of the medieval Castle of Pazin (Kaštel). Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.
